Its ok to want, what I want (I am not less or bad or wrong)

If we choose to acknowledge our wants  honestly with out judgement we have a base to create our lives.

Getting to the core of desire and what we are wanting helps.  Desire has a core and in some cases what feels like a desire to shop can  be hiding a desire for connection or a hollow feeling that you want to fill up. 

 So its easy to say I want what I want, but the true value is to accept it and find away to fulfill that base level desire in a way that works for you.

A desire to eat 3 Litres of Ice cream every weekend is tasty but probably a habit you might want to change that pattern and fulfill that desire differently.
