WHAT would you walk over hot coals

What would walk over hot coals for? 

So what would you walk over hot coals for?  What sparks your desire to step out and try new things?

Does coffee call to you? It sometimes seems that everyone drinks it, except me!

When you take the steps towards your coffee how are you being?  are you moving slowly, resenting and overthinking every step?  Have you preplanned it out and decided how hard it is going to be?

Or do you just let the desire to taste and relax pull you through all the inconveniences of rolling out of bed, clothes, toilet, no milk? .. traffic control.. till ahhhh … coffee.

 

How does it work for you?  Do you get up because you want to taste your coffee or because you are scared you wont get your coffee?

What I am really asking is what gets you going?  Do you know your own motivations and internal dialogues?

After watching the movie kung fu pander for the first time with my kids I was reminded, of how knowing and owning our own motivation and passion can be life changing.

When you want a coffee in the morning, what is the thought or feeling that you have that steps you though over or around anyone?

How many times do we decide that each step towards something we want is going to be painful or hard?  Before we have taken that step?

Listening to our inner dialogue, is a big way to make changes, some of those voices are rerunning the same patterns day in day out, we hear them so often they are almost invisible.

When you want a coffee do you think about the steps to get it ? Or do you get up and magically move though those steps with your mind on the coffee you are about receive ?
