If you could take a magic pill to heal your body to help to be healthy would you?Â
Well you can. there are three of them and altering any one of them will help ,however having healthy amounts of all of them are preferable.
FOOD/Fluid – healthy food to suit individual needs
SLEEP – good amounts
EXERCISE – mild
SO WHY ARE YOU not taking your magic pills?Â
The reason why are not doing these these is probably an old pattern that you have given up on , or would rather ignore.
There is a possibly we could go around it , however, it maybe the break in the link you need to fix to be healthy .

There may be many reasons why its to hard to create good habits with sleeping eating and exercise.. however if you are willing to try we can start with what you can do and look at what journey you could go on to change the energy , beliefs and stories. Â
