Doing the emotional work – learning skills to have a loving relationship with yourself and your emotions.

The possibilities inherent are very big when you do the inner work you have the potential to feel better about yourself.

You have better relationships with others and when you feel good about who you are being and the conversations that happen when you are triggered, or emotional life starts feel wonderful.

  3. Excavating or seeing under the layers. Trace our beliefs and stories.
  4. Choose to understand and work with the stories and beliefs.
  5. To look at how that is affecting us the results wanted and unwanted what it gets us.
  6. To decide to see other possibilities, to try on other beliefs for size and imagine/ see the results
  7. To celebrate our wonderfulness and honor the fact we are journeying and growing.
