Emotional resilience is a journey, and we build it by honoring ourselves and choosing certain belief sets and by choosing to stay in challenging situations and be ok with our selves.
We can choose to come into relationship, with our past our avoidance. The times when it seemed nothing went right when our emotions told us we failed.
We can learn to do the emotional transformation work.
